What are your opening hours?

Standard opening hours are from 8:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday.
We can also offer a 7:30 drop-off and/or 18:30 pick-up upon request, which comes with an additional charge.
We are open 51 weeks a year, but closed for Public and Bank Holidays, as well as a week at Christmas and two training days per year.

Is there a minimum number of days my child can attend?

When you enrol your child they will need to attend a minimum of two days (full days or sessions) a week.

Once my child has started attending, am I able to book one-off additional sessions?

Yes. Additional sessions can be booked through our office team and come with additional charges.
These additional sessions are subject to availability and, as a result, may not always be possible.

I have sent in a request for a placement for my child. Now what?

Upon receiving your request, we will send you the forms you need to complete before we can add you to the wait list.
Joining the wait list will come with a non-refundable £50 fee.
Once you are on our waitlist, we will contact you as soon as we have a space available for your child; dependant upon position on the list, leavers & your child's age.

I have reached out about getting put onto your waiting list. When can I expect a response?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an immediate response regarding waiting list placements. Please be assured that once your request has been sent that we will contact you as soon as possible.
Due to the rather large number of request we receive it may take a few days to receive a response; we kindly ask that you be patient and know that we are doing everything in our power to get back to you ASAP.

What is the notice period if we wish to change the number of sessions my child does or remove them from the nursery?

We ask for at least one calendar months notice.
